[DRE-maint] ITP: Rails Plugin - validates_existance

Hey all,

I am working on packaging a Rails plugin called 'validates_existance'.  
If you use it in your applications or would like give it a shot, 
download the package and let me know how it works.  I haven't put it up 
on the SVN server yet but you can get it from my site,
