[DRE-maint] Bug#552615: Wrong configuration file in /usr/share/redmine/vendor/rails/railties/lib/commands/dbconsole.rb:17

Hi,
this bug is related to rails, because dbconsole.db does not :
- respect config.database_configuration_file
- provide command line option to change the database.yml path
See [0] and attached patch.

With the patch, calling script/dbconsole is done like this :
sudo -u www-data ./script/dbconsole -p -y "/etc/redmine/default/database.yml" production

I'm waiting an answer from upstream rails and pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers.
