[DRE-maint] Bug#606296: Bug#606296: libnokogiri-ruby: FTBFS: test fails

This is a bug in the Nokogiri test, where behavior that changed in libxml
2.7.7 was not checked for with libxml > 2.7.7.

This has been corrected in the Nokogiri repository, and you can see the
change at

might also suggest upgrading to Nokogiri 1.4.4, which has a great many
bugfixes since 1.4.0.
