This bug was fixed in the package libnarray-ruby - 0.5.9p7-1build1

libnarray-ruby1.9.1 (in lucid/maverick/natty) does not include binary/header contents in i386, x86_64(maybe all ARCH). It seems build(or buildd) bug.

But, they are missing. We can check in packages.ubuntu.com:

And, in my test environment, I just rebuild libnarray-ruby sources, problem has been resolved.
