[DRE-maint] Bug#567902: kazehakase : does not start.

I have seen in couple of bug reports about reproduce. I have no idea.
There is only one created along with the folders of .kazehakase

foldername    folder contents
clips             none
favicon          none
form_data     none
history         time-stamp file [
1264950290,/home/username/.kazehakase/history/time-stamp ]
popup          none
smartbookmark_history    none


I am new to Linux.
if possible please give me in detail guidance.
