[DRE-maint] Bug#600201: webgen0.5: Requires kramdown library

Hi,

when trying the example according to README.Debian, a Ruby library
is missing, and I am asked to install kramdown. So I installed
rubygems and, using that, kramdown. But it doesn't seem to
help, see below.

I think kramdown should be a dependency in the Debian package
management. Otherwise, it should be downloaded during
installation. At least, it should be explained fully in the README
how to proceed, even for Ruby newbies like me.
