[DRE-maint] List moderation

Hi all,

In a previous mail[1] I asked if someone would be able to take over
list moderation of the pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers and -commits lists
from me.  Now, appearantly, someone did something so that I lost access
to the maintainers list and also to the commits list more recently. 
AFAIK Lucas is also shut out.
It can be annoying to receive moderation mails on a daily basis, but it
is even more annoying to not be able to do anything about it.

Could someone enlighten me on what happened and could we designate who
is going to take care of both lists in the future?
Note that in particular the commits list is in need of attention, since
it isn't configured yet to let all the git commit stuff through yet, so
it is completelly backlogged with hunderds of emails.
But also moderation of the maintainers list has stalled!
Anyone?
