[DRE-maint] Tests fail on ruby-mustache

I removed the patch … and it works. That is above my mind. Either way,
that patch is gone now.

The fact that I put ruby-test-unit into the regular deps is probably the
same as with the other package -- I just inserted the packages into the
wrong position (as opposed to build-dep).

I added ruby-sinatra as a dep, and suggest ruby-rack like you said.

It builds in pbuilder.
