[DRE-maint] Bug#646932: ruby-rdiscount and libmarkdown2-dev: error when trying to install together

I checked both man pages and they are identical. From your email, I
gather that it would be best to remove the man page from the
ruby-rdiscount package. The "markdown.7" is now removed from the
debian/rdiscount.manpages file in the git repo.
