The package is currently completely unusable when being used under any
desktop environment which uses gdm as login manager and gdm is our
default login manager. If you take popcon numbers into account, almost
every second user is potentially affected.
I don't think this version should migrate to testing in that state.

But your call, I won't bother if you think it's a good idea to ignore that.
