The current Ruby interpreter is already available by querying
RbConfig::CONFIG['ruby_install_name']. And if we use that insted of
RUBY_TEST_BIN which _is_ Debian-specific, the patch is actually
something that upstream can take.

I am uploading a fix for this very bug right now.
