[DRE-maint] redmine distupgrade stretch > buster-backports

Hello,

do you have suggestions on how to proceed with this:
* from a debian stretch machine with redmine (pgsql version + svn +
git)
* upgrading this machine to buster?
(as there is no redmine package in buster for the distupgrade)
