No change should be needed for Policy 3.9.4 so I pushed a commit for this.
Shall I tag a new package, too?

The "compact" xml format is not supported in CycoGraph 1.6.0 but it'll
be in 1.6.1
In the meantime a simple workaround would be to run
sed 's/></> </g' 2013-08-16-180025.tcx > working.tcx
and then open the resulting working.tcx file.
