[Pkg-running-devel] Bug#721096: garmin-plugin: please update to 0.3.18 as it adds .fit support

Hey,

please consider updating garmin-plugin to the newest upstream version as 
it adds .fit support (at least it seems so).

when using runalyze the debian version of the plugin fails, however updating
to 0.3.18 fixes this problem.
