Hi Thorsten,
I've noticed that most debian/copyright files both in the Rust repo but
also across other packages tend to list only the primary author or two,
albeit in theory all contributors should be listed.
I'm aware that debian/copyright is not legally binding, strictly speaking,
but would you recommend listing all contributors (even those who sent just
1 commit?)
