because we want people to be able to *easily* replace gpgv with gpgv-sq
first, and then there might be maybe also some people who would be
comfortable experimenting with gpg-sq but still want gpgv from g10 code.

so we made the split:
- rust-sequoia-chameleon-gnupg: "legacy metapackage"
- gpg-sq - contains the gpg-like binary from sequoia-chameleon
- gpgv-sq - contains the gpgv-like binary from sequoia-chameleon

^ these are "safe" to install and will not touch /usr/bin/gpg(v)

- gpg-from-sq - diverts /usr/bin/gpg so that this is actually gpg from sequoia
- gpgv-from-sq - diverts /usr/bin/gpgv so that this is actually gpgv from sequoia

^ those should work nicely as well, but still this is a big change.

hope this explains. :)
