No plans for this currently, but I would like to see this happen unless
someone objects (if so, I would like it to happen on another list).  I'd
like to see us move from cvs to svn first, though. :)

No, the default alioth config doesn't appear to work for mails from
non-subscribers -- we would need to tune the list config first.  Eventually,
I guess it's a good idea so that samba at packages.d.o points here.
