[Pkg-samba-maint] Closing old "samba panic action" bugs

To follow Noèl's effort on samba BTS, I'd like to propose closing
really old "samba panic action" bugs.

Most of them are really old and I suspect that neither the bug
submitter nor any of us can really do some effort on trying to
reproduce them.

We could first propose the submitters to close them with a message
like:

Hello,

In http://bugs.debian.org/xxxxxx, you reported a bug against the samba
Debian package, triggered by the "panic action" of samba.

Given that this bug report is really old and no further information
was added to it, we would like to ask you whether you think this bug
still affects you and showed up again later.

If you think that this bug is very probably to be forgotten, please
mention us so.
