[Pkg-samba-maint] smbfs bugs which are fixed with cifs

Hello,

how we handle smbfs (which is dead for upstream) bugs which are fixed
with cifs?
example #134544 smbfs 2GB limit

I would close them because they are fixed with cifs but what is your
opinion?
