Here's some rationale for planning to *not* fix this bug by adding,
even commented, entries to the default smb.conf.

LDAP-based setups are currently (even 2.5 years after the initialm bug
report) not proven to be the most common setup for samba servers. Most
of those poeple who setup such servers, for instance to act as domain
controllers, do read the appropriate documentation and cook their
smb.conf themselves.

So, cluttering up the default smb.conf with these quite high profile
parameters is imho quite useless.

Without further comments, I'll close this bug as of May 15th.
