I forwarded your report to the upstream bugzilla. Can you tell us which
version of MBSA you are using?
The latest samba update for stable/etch is 3.0.24-6etch4 and I would
guess with this version you can still reproduce the problem. Correct?

Did you tried reproducing this problem on i386 and/or with a newer
version?
