We don't really have much of a concept of ownership and maintainership
in Ubuntu.  Kees is on our security team, and does security-relevant
uploads (of which Samba is often in need), I still poke at it sometimes,
but I'm not on the distro team anymore so my package responsibilities
have taken a back seat to infrastructure tasks.

Still, if there are things you think we can do to converge our
packaging, I'm probably the man to poke about it.
