[Pkg-samba-maint] Samba4 copyright file

Heya,

as I had to create a debian.copyright file for the wmi client I'm
packaging (which uses a small, patched part of the samba4 sources), I
had to create a debian/copyright file, I guess it could be useful for
you while packaging samba4:

http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-zenoss/packages/wmi/trunk/debian/copyright?op=file&rev=0&sc=0

Please note that source/ldap_server/devdocs contains non-free RFCs.
