That was kinda my point, actually. :)  Right now, there's a usability gap
for users who previously had Samba printing set up with lpr, don't have
cupsys installed, and upgrade to the new version.  I thought having a
Recommends: cupsys might be a compromise until we get user feedback
indicating that it's worth doing a lot of extra work on this question, but I
suppose that's not true either since apt doesn't install new recommends when
upgrading.

So yeah, ignore this suggestion, we'll just wait to see what the user
response is.
