Thanks again for pointing us to this old piece of documentation..:-)

I'd be even more drastic, if noone objects.

The entire "1. Notes" section is really old and dates back from the
Samba 2.2->3.0 transition. I suggest we drop it.

Ditto for "2. Upgrading from Samba 2.2"

Section 3 can be kept but must be adapted to the current packages list
The mention that slbwrapper does not exist anymore can be removed

Section 4 about NT domains can be removed. As written in this bug
report, the PDC code is certainly no longer experimental..:-)

Section 5 can be kept

We also need to add mention of recent maintainers: Noèl, Peter and /me
