Dear Maintainer,

This package has been rejected due to an incomplete debian/copyright file.

The files in the libmapi++ directory are Copyright (C) Alan Alvarez 2008. but
this person isn't listed anywhere in the debian/copyright file.

In addition, the man pages in doc/man are under a different license to the
GPL:
