Quoting Ted Percival (ted at midg3t.net):

OK, thanks for reporting...

using_samba: the link is "../using_samba/toc.html" while it should be
"using_samba/toc.html"

manpages: the directory has been renamed fro manpages-3 to manpages

WHATSNEW: the link is "../../WHATSNEW.txt" while it should be
"../WHATSNEW.txt"....assuming we install this file in samba-doc, which
we don't (it's provided in samba)..:-)

README.VENDOR: no longer provided by upstream..:-)

So, the fixes:

- using_samba: fix index.html, report upstream

- manpages: ditto

- WHATSNEW: drop from index.html, no need to report upstream. I prefer
dropping as linking to ../../samba/WHATSNEW.txt would make samba-doc
  depend on samba

- README.VENDOR: fix idnex.html, report upstream
