[Pkg-samba-maint] Asking for review of ctdb package before asking for a sponsor

As already said, I'm ready to.....but that package being a library
package I'd prefer some expert eyes to have a look at it...suivez mon
regard (hint: we have a non French member of this team who understands
and speaks French).

Without news by the end of the week, I will build, look and hopefully
upload the package, as the expert eyes I'm talking about are also busy
releasing a new version of a minor derivative Debian distribution.:)
