[Pkg-samba-maint] Upcoming upstream releases

From -technical, both 3.2.0-rc1 and 3.0.29 are about to be
released. Last date I saw was May 23rd.

I will be VAC from 23rd to 26th and thus will not be able to work on
their respective packaging next week-end.

It would be good if someone from the team takes time to at least try
building 3.2.0rc1 so that we can report any build issue to upstream
ASAP.

Importing the respective upstream source in our SVN would at least be
helpful. You all know how I can be a moron with such things...:-)
