[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#483187: samba: recommended action (smb.conf.master) is broken

In the new version of smb.conf is this section:

# A well-established practice is to name the original file
# "smb.conf.master" and create the "real" config file with
# testparm -s smb.conf.master >smb.conf
# This minimizes the size of the really used smb.conf file
# which, according to the Samba Team, impacts performance

That makes sense, so I thought I'd impliment it.

Unfortunately, it is only a partial fix because testparm
does not work as expected...  even after processing the
includes, it leaves one of them in the generated config file !

My setup is (shared amongst several machines)

Global configuration
	smb.conf
		...
		# Pick machine specific setup
		include = /etc/samba/smb.conf.%L
		...

Machine configuration
	smb.conf.EL-GHOR
		...
		# Pick up realm specific setup
		include = /etc/samba/smb.conf.cobpli

	smb.conf.GOTHIC-AVE
		...
		# Pick up realm specific setup
		include = /etc/samba/smb.conf.cobpli
		...

Realm configuration (ldap/idmap/etc)
		smb.conf.cobpli
			

the testparm generated file clearly has all information
from each of the files... but also includes this line:
        include = /etc/samba/smb.conf.cobpli

So, any gains from using testparm have just been washed away
as the largest include file is going to be redundantly re-processed
every time.
