[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#483640: samba daemons started upon upgrades even though they were not running before

Hello there,

I have samba installed on my laptop, but I don't use regularly, so I
don't start it at boot time, but manually when I need it that is, I
removed the link from rc[2345].d to the /etc/init.d/samba (using
update-rc.d).

Now, after every upgrade the daemons are restarted (and for me started):
is it possible to have a check and not restart them if the current
initlevel don't provide them to start?
