I follwoed that for 3.2.0-rc1 (tagging it 3.2.0~rc1-1). However, I
already tagged 3.0.30 as "1:3.0.30-1"....

As soon as we've confirmed that we don't use any epoch, we would need
to clean out things in tags...

1:3.0.28a-2
1:3.0.30-1
1:3.2.0~pre2-2
