[Pkg-samba-maint] Need winbind and samba-common stable etch packages updated

Hi,

There are interoperability issues with Windows Server 2008 that have
been fixed since Samba 3.0.24 was released (mainly fixes in the 3.0.29
release). This is preventing us using Debian etch in a Windows 2008
environment, as I'm sure it is many others.

The latest stable version on the 3.0 branch is 3.0.32, I urge you to
update the stable release of samba-common, winbind and all other samba
related packages to be built from the 3.0.32 sources.
