Launch when no network interface: yes. When there's a net interface,
nmbd works properly

ipv6: not sure. I don't use it but there are ipv6 addresses in
/etc/hosts

Samba 3.4.0

No "interfaces", "bind interfaces" or "socket address" in smb.conf
