Well, the patch *is* integrated....in packages in sid.

I'm not entirely sure that this bug warrants an update in lenny:

- on one hand, the bug is a regression from etch

- on the other hand, this is not a critical functionnality,
  more something annoying (but certainly really annoying for those
  who were using this as an easy way to reboot machines
