I'll try to look into getting a proper fix pushed upstream in the coming
weeks.  Unfortunately, the fix I have there currently probably isn't it -
it's more a dirty hack to get it building correctly in spite of the upstream
build rules.  OTOH, having a custom --enable-external-talloc for this one
library is kind of a hack in the first place, I think.

In the meantime, I wanted to get this fixed in unstable because this problem
was holding up getting samba built on hppa, which happens to have pkg-config
installed in the build chroot.
