[Pkg-samba-maint] 3.6.0pre1 is ready....

I have a ready-to-be-built 3.6.0pre1 tree. So, now, we really need to
discuss about what to do wwith all this:

- keep 3.4.8 in unstable and upload 3.6.0pre1 in experimental, no
longer supporting 3.5.*

- move 3.5.4 to unstable, break the alignment with Ubuntu LTS and
upload 3.6.1 in experimental

- don't upload 3.6.0 in nDebian and keep it in a private repository
