[Pkg-samba-maint] Fix upstream #4308 in lenny?

I just upgraded one of ONERA major servers (ONERA is the company I
work for) from etch to lenny and have been hit very hard by upstream
#4308.

In short, Excel messes up file ownership and ACLs when someone who's
not the file owner writes the file back to the server.

On our servers, that lead to very weird consequences that even
included information potentially leaking to unauthorized persons

I haven't confirmed this to be our only problem (we might be hit also
by #6878) but it definitely seems worth fixing in lenny.

Thoughts?
