Unfortunately not (the part after 9390). None of these valgrind traces show any
signs of any significant memory leaks. Yes, there are some in the libc part of
the code (in the nss code), but not enough to explain the problem.

I'll take a look at the wireshark trace tomorrow. What would also be helpful is
your smb.conf, and what resources the Windows Vista client connects to.

The possibility remaining is not a leak, but a reference to malloc'ed memory
that is too long lived.
