Thanks a lot for the patch.
I pushed it to master (e1e6b19a), v3-5-test, v3-4-test and v3-3-test.

I don't agree to the preferred master change.
The right spelling is "preferred" and that's the main section in the smb.conf
man page. "prefered master" is the synonym. So I think it's right without the
change.
That's why I pushed the patch without this hunk.
