[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#604768: Links from index page /usr/share/doc/samba-doc/htmldocs/index.html not correct

The index page provided by the samba-doc package at /usr/share/doc/samba-
doc/htmldocs/index.html appears to contain two non-working links. The first is
a link to a local copy of Using Samba, which appears to have been dropped at
the start of the year (2:3.5.0~rc2~dfsg-1 on the 31st Jan 2010). The second is
the WHATSNEW link, which points to the non-existent file
/usr/share/doc/WHATSNEW.txt.

The version installed on my system is 2:3.5.6~dfsg-1.
