Package: libpam-smbpass
Version: 2:3.5.6~dfsg-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

having

        auth optional pam_smbpass.so migrate

in /etc/pam.d/common-auth breaks su.

More details:
http://lists.debian.org/debian-user/2010/10/msg01647.html

I worked around the problem by disabling pam_smbpass in common-auth
(as I do not need password migration anymore).

However, I can always enable it again to help tracking down the problem.

cheers,
Hp
