[Pkg-samba-maint] l10n upload for samba4

I'm quite ashamed....

Samba4 has several pendign l10n updates and is one of the last
blocking packages for 100% l10n in unstable.

Is there any way we can fix this? From what I analyzed, the maint
problem is that the "real" samba4 is in experimental....with
dependdencies on things that are also only in experimental.

So, shouldn't the solution be to request dropping samba4 from
unstable?
