[Pkg-samba-maint] Problems building samba 3.6.0pre2 with experimental CTDB

This weird error appears when the said patch has an offset wrt current
sources. You can indeed apply the patch manually with quilt....but
dpkg-source can't.

The solution is to apply the patch with quilt, then refresh it. This
is what I have in my local copy, but I haven't committed the refreshed
patch. That explains.
