OK, after two unsuccessful attempts, I managed to change the pwd for
pkg-samba-maint at lists.alioth.debian.org on bugzilla.samba.org. The
former one was indeed too short for the new bugzilla policy.

Team members who want to use this account for reporting upstream bugs
or commenting in new ones as "the Debian packaging team", please ask
for the new pwd in private GPG-signed mail. So far, I think that only
Noèl used this account in the past, though
