For the sake of everybody in the team : we had a quite long discussion
with Jelmer, on #samba-technical, about all these issues.

Indeed, Jelmer was a bit annoyed by the way recent uploads happened,
particularly the tevent one where the upload claimed to be a team
upload while Jelmer considers the package to not be team-maintained.

I think that having the discussion more "live" helped in avoiding too
bad misunderstandings and I'd like to thanks Jelmer for this.

The outcome of the discussion is that Jelmer will, as soon as it's
possible for him, move the converted git repositories he has in his
private git location on alioth, to the team location. Thus, we can
work on them to prepare them for an upload to unstable. Jelmer only
wishes us to leave him opportunity to review changes before uploads
happens. As we don't expect many packaging changes (except maybe a few
policy cleaning which I'm a bit anal about...:-))), that should be
easy.

Hopefully, we will very soon be able to have samba4 build dependencies
in unstableand that will be thanks to the efforts of everybody...
