No.

Christian changed a number of build options to be more in line with the samba
3.6 build options we used (more info in the mail Christian sent about that).
These changes caused a number of build failures, which were fixed by removing
some lines from the rules file. In this case, the file wasn't there anymore. A
number of these changes had to be reverted when it turned out the files were
being installed in the wrong place. It might quicker to look at the diff
between the samba_4.0 and the samba_4.0_bubulle branches to see what actually
changed after all these changes are combined.

There are still some pending issues from this configure change (one of them is
the FHS patch situation, which is now completely broken in the
samba_4.0_bubulle branch). We hope to continue work on those tomorrow.
