[Pkg-samba-maint] [PATCH] Remove volume and detritus from the example smb.conf

This patch removes some things that I don't think need to be in a
default smb.conf file.

Our users find that the length of the example smb.conf file makes Samba
seem more difficult to set up than it is.

The one in samba's examples/ folder is even worse, and I'll work
upstream to trim it too. In the long term, I would like to see the
debian smb.conf be a patch on the upstream one, so we keep them in sync
as much as possible.

Comments please, some of these might be more controversial than others.
In particular, I think the 'winbindd enum users' suggested change was
working around a genuine bug that may have existed, but really shouldn't
be needed any more.

Thanks,

Andrew Bartlett
