[Pkg-samba-maint] How do we finish the Samba 4.0 package?

On my side, being on holidays until June 2nd, there's not much I can
do.

I'd hope to get git repos for the libraries copied from Jelmer's
private git to the team's git so that we can upload them to unstable:
not a mandatory thing if we target experimental for the new samba
packages....but I'd prefer avoiding staying for too long with these
packages in experimental anyway.

We want all these packages to jessie, so we'd better have them in
unstable ASAP.
