(This is a very excessive severity…)

No, the problem is related to #705908, the libsmbclient package is
missing a dependency on samba-common-bin (!?) for the private
libraries therein.

 $ objdump -p /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libsmbclient.so.0 | \
   grep 'NEEDED.*libmsrpc3.so'
 $ dpkg -S libmsrpc3.so
 samba-common-bin: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/samba/libmsrpc3.so

I suspect there might be other samba packages missing intradependencies
on their packages providing private libraries, that will need review.

Thanks,
Guillem
